By downloading, installing, or using Media Editor Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Media Editor Pro is an all-in-one on-device media toolkit for iOS. Features include format conversion for images, videos, audio, and documents; smart compression; video tools (trim, crop, rotate, speed change, reverse, merge, stabilize, extract or remove audio, video-to-GIF); audio tools (trim, merge); image tools (resize, social-media resize, watermark, collage, batch convert, metadata removal, AI image enhancement via Real-ESRGAN, background removal, OCR text extraction, QR code generation and scanning); and document tools (document scanner, PDF-to-images). All processing is performed locally on your device — your files are never uploaded to our servers.
You agree to:
The app, including its design, features, source code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws, except for the third-party open-source components listed in section 7, which are governed by their respective licenses. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You retain all rights to the files you process with the app. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your content, and we do not have access to it — all file processing happens locally on your device.
Media Editor Pro currently does not display third-party advertisements and does not offer in-app subscriptions or in-app purchases. If this changes in a future version, the relevant terms will be added here and presented to you in-app before any purchase.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or files, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app. We strongly recommend keeping a backup of original files before processing.
Your use of Media Editor Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us.
