1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Flowsmith, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Flowsmith is a pipe-rotation puzzle game available on iOS and Android. It offers a campaign of puzzle levels, a Flow Rush endless mode, global leaderboards, cloud save, daily missions, achievements, cosmetic items purchasable with in-game coins, and consumable coin packs available for real-money purchase.

3. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

Flowsmith offers consumable in-app purchases in the form of coin packs. Please note:

• Coins are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred to other users.
• All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective refund policies.
• Coin packs are consumable — once credited to your account they are considered delivered and are generally non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to modify coin prices, coin rewards, and the cost of in-game items at any time.
• Virtual items (skins, board backgrounds) purchased with coins are licenses, not property, and have no cash value.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
• Manipulate or tamper with game data, leaderboard scores, or cloud save data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' data
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to reset scores, revoke virtual items, or suspend access for accounts found violating these rules.

5. Leaderboards

The Flow Rush leaderboard displays players anonymously using a system-generated alias derived from your device ID. Leaderboard positions are determined solely by gameplay performance. We reserve the right to remove scores that appear to have been obtained through cheating or exploitation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Flowsmith — including game mechanics, graphics, sound effects, music, and code — is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Advertisements

Flowsmith displays third-party advertisements. By using the app you agree to view advertisements as part of the free service. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

8. Cloud Save

Flowsmith syncs your game progress to our servers. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain your save data, we cannot guarantee data availability and are not liable for any loss of game progress due to technical failures, server outages, or account issues.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of virtual items or game progress.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
